Camo — AI-Powered Word Games

By creating an account or using Camo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Camo mobile application ("App") operated by Keyvalue Software Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By signing in or accessing the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Camo offers virtual items including gems, lives, and other in-game items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other form of currency.
When you acquire Virtual Items, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them within the App. You do not own Virtual Items. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or remove Virtual Items at our discretion, including adjusting balances, pricing, or availability.
If your account is terminated (by you or by us for violation of these Terms), you will lose all Virtual Items, scores, and game progress. No refunds or compensation will be provided for lost Virtual Items.
When you use Camo, you submit content such as clues, answers, and voice transcripts ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App (including AI-powered clue judging).
We do not use your User Content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Your clues and answers are processed solely for real-time game evaluation.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

When participating in multiplayer games, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove players from games or restrict access to multiplayer features for disruptive behavior.
Camo uses AI to judge clues during gameplay. You acknowledge that:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keyvalue Software Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of Virtual Items, game progress, data, or profits, arising from your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at camo@keyvalue.systems and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Kochi, Kerala, India. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or other urgent matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
